This contract sets forth the legal framework for the provision of special education services.

Contract Terms

Definitions In this contract, the term “special education” refers to the educational programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Obligations The responsible party shall ensure compliance with all federal and state laws governing the provision of special education services, including but not limited to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to this contract shall be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided.
Termination This contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party is in material breach of its obligations and fails to cure such breach within a specified period of time.
Severability If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
